Chinese iPad Clone

If I Had to Choose, I'd Buy the Chinese Clone with USB Ports
Apple missed. And it's gonna cost them. Because demand for the iPad in the US was higher than originally believed, they delayed their release in China.
That gave Chinese counterfeiters time to reverse engineer a tablet that at least looks like the iPad. The Chinese people won't care that it runs a Windows OS instead of an Apple OS. They'll like the price (at least $50 cheaper) and they'll definitely like that it comes with USB ports standard. No extra expense for a stupid connectivity kit.
Counterfeiting in China
"The Chinese were able to design, manufacture, and release their first model into the Chinese market in two months." Wow. Pretty slick.
Why can't US manufacturers work that fast? Yeah, yeah, development takes time. Research takes time. But the Chinese who aren't supposed to be capitalists like Americans, are making quite a bit of money.
And why can't Americans make products that compete price-wise with Chinese products? We import hundreds of billions of dollars more from the Chinese than we export to them. So while we sit around, and yes, 10% of Americans are still sitting, waiting for a job, the Chinese are working and killing us.
At least we have time to sit and argue healthcare. AndObama, I mean politics.
